Delivery & Return Policy

Shipping 

Shipment delivery time for ready stock item in 2-5 business days and pre-order item will be delivered in 7-14 business days for domestic ordering.

 

Self Pick Up:

If you stay in Klang Valley and wish to pick up the product by yourself, our store is located at Bandar Mahkora Cheras and you can pick it up yourself without any charges! Appointments are required (kindly call at 03-9010 5004 to make appointment)

 

Delay

Delay of delivery might happen due to public holiday.

 

Return

Currently all product sold is not refundable. We carefully selected our product before sending out.

 

Defective and Wrong items

If we send wrong item to you or the item you received has defective problem, then you can return it to us. You should report the problem in 3 days after receiving the products and return it within 7 days and the item must be in original condition when returning to us.

For Defective items, When the returned package arrives, we will examine the item, check the problem, then we will ship the correct items back to you without extra charge. We will be responsible for the returning shipping fee. If we discover nothing wrong with the items, we will promptly ship them back to you. In that case, you have to pay the shipping fees in both directions.

 

Domestic Shipment

We currently employ Nationwide as our domestic and regional courier to deliver goods and items to our customers located in Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia (Major Towns), Singapore, and Brunei.

We believe in fast shipping, therefore delivering your order quickly is our priority. We strive to process your order quickly and error free. However, we are not responsible for any late delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The goods will be tested in well condition upon send it out. Accessories will be follow the packaging box stated. Items which come with warranty from manufacturer will strictly subject to terms and condition as stated by manufacturer.

We do not accept complaints on items missing, miscarriage during transport once you signed received the goods in good condition. If any case of missing during transportation, we will assist our customer to claim from courier service provider and subject to terms & condition stated by courier service provider.

 

International Shipment**

At the time being we are engaging Nationwide to ship items and goods order to international customers around the world*.

** Rates may vary as VAT (Value Added Tax) may be assesed on the contents by courier company. Any such charges will be billed to the recipient.
* Except for a few selected countries

 

Shipping Tracking

The consignment note tracking number will be updated in the customer's account once we sent out the goods to be shipped. Customer could then use the tracking number to check the goods shipment status on the courier company website. In order to check the goods shipment status of Nationwide, please kindly log-on the www.nationwide2u.com > Customer Care > Track My Shipment.
