Domestic Shipment
We currently employ Skynet as our domestic and regional courier to deliver goods and items to our customers located in Peninsular Malaysia, East Malaysia (Major Towns), Singapore, and Brunei.
We believe in fast shipping, therefore delivering your order quickly is out priority. We strive to process your order quickly and error free.
The goods will be tested in well condition upon send it out. Accessories will be follow the packaging box stated. Items which come with warranty from manufacturer will strictly subject to terms and condition as stated by manufacturer.
We do not accept complaints on items missing, miscarriage during transport once you signed received the goods in good condition.
If any case of missing during transportation, we will assist our customer to claim from courier service provider and subject to terms & condition stated by courier service provider.
International Shipment**
At the time being we are engaging Fedex to ship items and goods order to international customers around the world*.
** Rates may vary as VAT (Value Added Tax) may be assesed on the contents by courier company. Any such charges will be billed to the recipient.

SHIPPING TRACKING
The consignment note tracking number will be updated in the customer's account once we sent out the goods to be shipped. To locate your tracking number just go to "My Account" and view your purchase history - the tracking number will be indicated on the "Shipping Status" column. Customer could then use the tracking number to check the goods shipment status on the courier company website.
RETURN POLICY
Should there be any claims to return a product be made after purchasing and receiving the product by customer, the claims must be emailed directly to enquiry@mygpstalk.com with the following required details in the email:
Email subject: RETURNS - Invoice #: (Type in the specified invoice number)
Full Name: (Provide your full name)
Registered Email: (Provide the valid login email used in MyGpsTalk.com)
Contact number: (Provide us your contact number so that we could contact you)
Invoice Number: (Refers to the specific invoice number)
Product(s): (Specify the product(s) you wish to return)
Reason of Return: (Refers to the reason why the product is being returned - i.e; manufacturing defects)
Additional Details: (Additional remarks about the product if any)
Once we receive the return email, we shall contact you as soon as possible.
Please note that the sending of the return email to us does not constitute to a sure return, as we will asess the claim and justify accordingly.
