Repair & Warranty Claims

• All data stored in the device will be erased and lost when the devices are subject to repair or inspection process. We are not responsible for the data. Please make sure data back up work is done before sending device for repair.

• All devices have to collect by customers within 3 months from the date of job number, failing which we shall be entitled without further notice & liability to customers to deal with the devices as we deem fir in our absolute direction.

• If the products show signs of interference from third/ unauthorized parties, Entertop Network accepts no liability and reserves the right to refuse servicing order.

• One to one exchange for selective products are strictly for manufacture fault only, such as screen error, speacker not functioning, system error etc. Entertop Network reserve the rights not to exchange if such damages are due to mishandling or third party software loaded.

• Those device has defect must be send back or courier back to Entertop Network office at Bandar Mahkota Cheras.
